Congratulations to award recipients

At the club’s 2015 AGM, two long standing members of the committee were recognised for their greatly valued service.

Melissa Wingfield was awarded the inaugural Gold Service Award which recognises service as a committee member over multiple years and/or many years as a player or team support role.

Melissa is a deserving recipient of this award as she has been with the club since Under 13 and has played, coached, served on the committee and coordinated the senior womens teams.

The second award presented at the AGM was to Don Ashdown as the club’s 7th Life Member. Don has also filled various committee roles over his many years with the club and established the club’s online player registration system several years before the association adopted its own such system.
