Post registration info

Welcome to our returning and new players for the 2015 season.

Some important points for you to note if you have already registered:

Please make sure that your email address is always up to date in our My club mate system as EMAIL is the primary means of communicating with our members.

Please make sure you also join our Facebook group as we also communicate heavily through this page during the season.

What do I do now that I have signed up online?
The next step is Team formations and grading which starts from the week starting Monday 9th February 2015.  Check the club events calendar and come along to the sessions that relate to your age group.

U5 – U8 formations are on Saturday 14th of Feb. There is no grading or formal games but the kids are welcome to kick around the soccer ball while the parents are discussing the season.

Older age groups need to attend two grading nights over two weeks so that we can  make sure that everybody is playing at the correct level. Check the calendar to see what night your grading is on.

Do I have to attend the sign on day on Friday 30th or Saturday 31st if I signed up on line ?
No – There is no need to attend the sign on day if you have registered online.

I cant make the grading or team formation as I have school camp or another reason?
Contact the Registrar for the age group and let them know.  We need to know so we can make other arrangements.

Will I get an email to remind me of the Grading and Team formation ?
Yes you will get an email to your nominated email address – PLEASE CAREFUL CHECK YOUR SPAM SETTINGS IF YOU ARE WITH TELSTRA OR GMAIL.

What do I bring to grading and team formation?
All  new players need proof of age identification (birth certificate or passport)  You cannot play until this is verified.
U9-Senior Men – Shorts, soccer boots, shin pads, water bottle and a willingness to play soccer.
U5-U8 – Team formation only – no organised games but there will be plenty of soccer balls to kick around so soccer boots and shin pads are handy.

What about shorts and socks?
You can purchase these items through the club at the sign on days, grading and team formation days.  Please keep an eye out for other times the uniform store is open.

When is the working bee?
Sunday 8th February (see the calendar). We need lots of volunteers to help us to get the ground ready for play.

Why did I get two or more emails for this same topic?
You probably have more than one person playing and you will get one for each person.

Thanks for your continued support of Sunnybank Saints Soccer Club.
